Following a successful career helping run the companies behind perennial Emmy award winner THE AMAZING RACE and one of the top non-scripted show format of all time, SURVIVOR, Dziak envisioned a leaner, more progressive, nimble and innovative production entity and formed DZ3 TV in response to the needs of Studios and Networks worldwide.
Over his career, he has aired over 800 hours of programming produced worldwide for a number of networks including CBS, ABC, NBC, DISNEY, TNT, NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC, DISCOVERY, AMAZON, MTV, A&E, HISTORY, PARAMOUNT, SPIKE and FOX including Survivor, The Amazing Race, The Apprentice, The Quest, Big Brother, Whale Wars, Top Gear, Race to the Center of the Earth, Oprah’s Big Give, The Great Escape, Take the Money and Run and many more.

Earlier in his career, Mark has served as Exec. or Producer on numerous feature films, pilots, scripted and unscripted series and live events with and for NBC, CBS, ABC, MTV, VH1, FOX, Nickelodeon, Disney Channel, Discovery, National Geographic, Animal Planet, A&E, History, American Movie Classics, FOX Television Studios, Bruckheimer Television, Warner Brothers and Imagine TV.
Formats include Amazing Race (Canada, Israel, China, Singapore, Australia, and more), Big Brother (US), Top Gear (US), Whale Wars, The Quest, The Great Escape, Take The Money and Run and Oprah’s Big Give.
Prior to this he worked in scripted television, Producing 30+ episodes of THE SECRET WORLD OF ALEX MACK for Nickelodeon and THE LOT for AMC. He spent a good deal of the 1990’s producing independent feature films, including URBANIA (Lionsgate), WHERE THE RED FERN GROWS (Walt Disney Pictures), DELIVERED (Columbia/TriStar), A GENTLEMEN’S GAME (FirstLook/AMG), PALMER’s PICK UP (Winchester) and others.
His films played a variety of film festivals, while garnering awards, including Seattle, Berlin, Sundance, LA, San Francisco, Philadelphia, Venice Film Festival and many more.
Robby Amar
President of Sales
Robby Amar is a seasoned international distribution executive with over 20 years of experience in sales and acquisitions. Before joining DZ3 TV, he served as VP of International Sales at MSR Media, prior he served as Vice President of Sales & Acquisitions at Vision Films where he will oversee international licensing of the extensive Vision library of feature films, television series, and timely documentaries.
Previously Amar served as Vice President of Acquisitions and Co-Productions at Red Apollo Group (First Kill, starring Bruce Willis and Hayden Christensen, The Zookeeper’s Wife, starring Jessica Chastain), Gaumont TV (“Narcos,” “El Presidente”), as Vice President of Acquisitions and Co-Productions where he acquired such titles as El Chapo, and the WGN series “Bellevue,” and as Executive Director of International at MarVista (16 Wishes with Debbie Ryan, Zapped starring Zendaya).
